Beaujolais Nouveau at Fuego

An evening at Fuego pairing French-inspired small plates with six Beaujolais wines, hosted by Newcastle Wine School for Beaujolais Nouveau Day.

Fuego at Fenwick and Newcastle Wine School host a Beaujolais Nouveau Day evening beginning with a glass of Crémant, followed by a menu of French-inspired small plates paired with six hand-selected Beaujolais wines. Guests start with the newly released Beaujolais Nouveau before exploring the region further, from Beaujolais-Villages to the wines of the Beaujolais Crus. The event runs for two and a half hours and is hosted by David and Leah from Newcastle Wine School.
