The seasonal release celebration pairs a French supper with the opportunity to buy Beaujolais Nouveau-Villages by the glass or bottle. Alessandro Grano’s menu includes Lyonnaise salad or escargot, beef bourguignon, cheese and apple tarte tatin; wine is purchased separately.
