LADS presents The Incident Room

LADS performs The Incident Room, a drama about the 1977 Yorkshire Ripper investigation, at Lopping Hall over three evenings.

Loughton Amateur Dramatic Society stages The Incident Room by Olivia Hirst and David Bryne, directed by Christian Mortimer. Set in a Leeds police incident room in 1977, the play follows the investigating team hunting the Yorkshire Ripper in an era before computers, DNA analysis or CCTV, as prejudice and mounting public pressure hinder the inquiry. Performances run at 8pm on Thursday 29th, Friday 30th and Saturday 31st October 2026, with all seats priced £14.
