Immersive Sound Bath & Restorative Yin Rest

A 60-minute restorative yin class with gentle supported poses followed by an immersive sound bath of alchemy crystal bowls and Koshi chimes.

This 60-minute session combines restorative yin yoga with an immersive sound bath. Participants begin with six to eight gentle poses, supported by bolsters, blankets, eye pillows and cushions, alongside oils, scents and guided meditation. The second half is a sound bath using alchemy crystal bowls and Koshi chimes, held in the studio's private, fully equipped space.
