Hatha Yoga & Himalayan Singing Bowls Sound Bath

A Hatha yoga session with held postures and mindful breathing closes with a Himalayan singing-bowl sound bath.

Ka Yoga’s fortnightly Tuesday evening sessions at the Learning Hub & Yard combine traditional Hatha postures, gentle movement, balance work and breathing, followed by ten minutes of Himalayan singing bowls. The organiser welcomes beginners and experienced practitioners.
