The KT Bush Band

The original KT Bush Band, formed in 1977 with Kate Bush, returns with Kate Bush songs and anecdotes from the musicians who launched her career.

The KT Bush Band was formed in 1977 with Brian Bath on guitar, Del Palmer on bass, Vic King on drums and a young singer named Kate Bush, gigging around London and the South of the UK. Bath went on to play on four of Kate's early hit albums and her 1979 Tour of Life. The reformed band, now fronted by Sallie-Anne Hurst on vocals alongside Bath, Steve Bevan, Karen Newby and Malcolm Hylands, performs Kate Bush songs interspersed with anecdotes from those who helped launch her career. The band stresses this is the original line-up's successor, not a tribute act.
