About

Ukrainian women survivors of conflict-related sexual violence and torture share their testimonies in this documentary, followed by a Q&A with director Alisa Kovalenko.

As activist Iryna Dovhan gathers testimonies from other women in de-occupied Ukraine, the film follows survivors building a shared account of trauma, resilience and mutual support. The Bertha DocHouse screening is part of Women and the World Festival and is followed by a Q&A with director Alisa Kovalenko.
