Leading with AI Workshop
About
A free three-hour discussion-led workshop for social enterprise and charity leaders on using AI responsibly, facilitated by Simon Wingfield.
FUSE Network CIC hosts a leadership workshop exploring the practical and ethical decisions social enterprises, charities and community organisations face around AI. Rather than a tech demo, the three-hour session focuses on discussion: what AI can genuinely take off leaders' hands, what must stay human, and how to set proportionate guardrails. Participants work through the PROVEN decision-making framework, a three-tier risk model and four questions for testing any tool, and leave with a drafted one-page AI policy and a committed action. Facilitator Simon Wingfield of Wingfield Consultants delivers the session pro bono; no technical knowledge is required.
