The AI Leadership Edge

A half-day seminar in Cardiff where three experts give business leaders practical guidance on adopting AI in their organisations.

Comercity hosts this half-day session aimed at SME owners, managing directors and business leaders rather than IT specialists. Three speakers — Estelle Cartlidge of My Biz Solution, Simon Drinkwater of Vantor Advisory and Steve Huggett of IT Associates — each cover a different aspect of AI adoption: building capability, applying AI to business processes, and leading people through change. Hosted and compered by Dai Rees of The Inner Edge, the morning also offers bespoke discussions with the speakers, focusing on practical next steps rather than tools and hype.
