Tough Topics | Topic TBC

An interactive advocacy session asks participants to examine controversial issues objectively through structured discussion.

The particular topic is not yet announced. The series trains barristers to assess arguments objectively: speakers present opposing positions, attendees ask clarifying questions, then summarise arguments as fairly as possible. Participation is expected rather than passive attendance. Members of the Inn only. The lecture starts at 18:15 and is expected to end at approximately 20:30.
