About
An outdoor Remembrance Sunday service at the war memorial in St Mary's churchyard, preceded by a parade and followed by wreath-laying.
The congregation and local community gather at the war memorial in the churchyard to remember all who have fallen in conflict. The service is preceded by the Remembrance Sunday Parade, which sets off from Our Lady, Help of Christians Roman Catholic Church at 2.00pm and includes members of local community and uniformed organisations. After the service, local organisations and individuals are invited to lay poppy wreaths. The service is held outdoors, and all are welcome to attend whatever their age or faith.
