Still Water Sound Sanctuary - Nature Spa & Sound Bath

A three-hour wellbeing afternoon of guided wild swimming, wood-fired sauna, sound bath, fire pit and tea with cake at a spring-fed lake near Crewe.

Hosted by Carly of Art of Love Sound Baths, this intimate outdoor retreat for just 10 guests combines guided wild swimming in a spring-fed lake, a wood-fired sauna overlooking nature, and a sound bath with gongs and singing bowls. Guests can relax around the fire pit and finish with tea and homemade cake on the lakeside decking. No swimming experience is needed; the event is weather dependent and not suitable for those in early pregnancy, with pacemakers, or with sound-induced epilepsy.
