Floating Sound Bath & Deep Relaxation Experience Stoke on Trent

A floating sound bath where participants lie on airbeds in a pool while gongs, crystal bowls and handpan vibrations wash over them.

This sound bath takes place in the swimming pool at Blythe Bridge High School, with participants floating on airbeds on the water rather than lying on the floor. Hosted by Louise Davies and Freddie Houlder, the session uses gongs, crystal bowls, handpan and drums, with vibrations travelling through the water and into the body. The event runs 75 minutes, arriving at 4:45pm for a 5pm start on the water, and is limited to 25 spaces for ages 18 and over.
