About
A meet-and-greet with the Gruff at the Tropical Butterfly House, included with Magical Christmas Experience tickets alongside a visit to Santa's Woodland Grotto.
Visitors to the Magical Christmas Experience can meet the Gruff, described as a gentle giant with bright orange eyes and terribly big teeth, and give him a big, brave hug. The visit also includes the chance to see Santa in his Woodland Grotto. Visitors who add a Santa Gift to their online booking can receive a magic snowflake from Santa to exchange at Santa's Toy Shop.
