About

The RSNO conducted by Samy Rachid performs Bacewicz, Chopin's First Piano Concerto with Rafał Blechacz, Musgrave's Loch Ness and Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition.

The Royal Scottish National Orchestra gives a Perth Concert Series programme opening with Bacewicz's Overture, followed by Chopin's Piano Concerto No 1 played by Rafał Blechacz. Thea Musgrave's Loch Ness – A Postcard from Scotland precedes the finale, Mussorgsky's Pictures at an Exhibition in Ravel's arrangement.
