Samhain

A gentle, non-denominational communal wake to mark Samhain and welcome winter.

Gather around the fire to remember departed loved ones and welcome winter. Visitors can share names, add seasonal offerings to a community altar, taste warming mulled apple and fire cider, and bring something to burn. The event collects for Alfie’s Squad, a Liverpool charity supporting children, young people and families bereaved by suicide. The building has a level-threshold entrance at the shop/cafe, ramp access to the garden and an accessible toilet; the cafe is listed as open until 6pm.
