About

A timed family visit to Father Christmas's grotto at Milestones Museum, including a gift for each child and, on most dates, A Christmas Carol Experience.

Families book a timed 10-minute slot in Father Christmas's decorated grotto at Milestones Museum, welcomed by an elf, with a personalised visit and a gift for every ticketed child. On most dates the ticket also includes A Christmas Carol Experience, a self-led journey through live Dickens-themed scenes; on 5 and 6 December it includes the Christmas Market instead. Visits must be booked in advance, with a maximum of six people per grotto timeslot.
