About
A community event combining a coached running session with a local litter pick to improve fitness and clean up Birmingham.
This session is led by GoodGym Area Activator Jonny Carter and is designed for all running abilities, from 20-minute to 45-minute parkrunners. The event includes interval training followed by a short litter pick outside the Carrs Lane Church. Participants are welcome to join the litter pick without participating in the run.
