Come and Join Sutton Coldfield's Free Running Group followed by a Litter Pick

A free GoodGym group run around Boldmere followed by a 30-minute litter pick, led by Area Activator Jonny Carter.

GoodGym Sutton Coldfield joins the area's weekly free running club, meeting at the junction of Denholm Road and Dalkeith Road in Boldmere. Participants run from 5.30pm until about 6.15pm (roughly 4–5km in total, run/walk to and from the task), then spend 30 minutes litter picking in the area, with bags and some litter pickers provided. People who want to skip the run can join for the litter pick at 6.15pm. The session is open to anyone aged 18 or over and is described as ideal for beginners, with no one left behind.
