Heath Hands leads a gentle 1.5–2 hour walk on Hampstead Heath introducing the practice of forest bathing, using mindfulness exercises to reconnect with nature. The walk meets in the Parliament Hill area, with the full meeting point given on booking. Children aged 12 or over are welcome if accompanied by a responsible adult, and spaces are limited.
