Guided Forest Bathing Experience

A 2.5-hour guided forest bathing session at Lytham Hall offering mindful, sensory nature immersion, ending with herbal tea and treats.

A guided forest bathing (shinrin-yoku) session led by The Wild Revival in the grounds of Lytham Hall. Participants are taken through a series of mindful invitations to slow down and engage their senses in the forest, in a small group setting. The 2.5-hour experience concludes with herbal tea, homemade treats and conversation, and is open to all fitness levels and abilities.
