About
A festive two-hour guided winter walk from Sherwood Heath through Cockglode Wood and Thoresby Vale, suitable for all ages and dogs.
Sherwood Forest Trust leads a festive guided walk starting at the picnic benches at Sherwood Heath, passing through Cockglode Wood and Thoresby Vale. The walk lasts around two hours and participants are advised to dress for the weather, wear sturdy footwear and bring a warm drink and snacks. It is suitable for all ages and dogs are welcome; parking is available in the layby opposite the Green Hut or in the Alders' car park.
