A safe, structured conversation club for men focused on improving mental well-being through shared experience.

This initiative provides a safe space for men to share their feelings and gain tools to improve their mental well-being. It is not therapy or a lecture, but a group where participants talk and listen to one another. Sessions follow a simple format where participants answer key questions, such as how they are feeling, what has been good for them, and what they can do to feel better next week.
