Diagrams of Love: Writing Workshops with Rose Higham-Stainton

A four-session writing workshop series led by Rose Higham-Stainton exploring love through artworks from the Sainsbury Centre's How Do We Find Love? season.

Spread across four Friday morning sessions, this workshop course takes bell hooks' idea of love as an active, participatory practice as its starting point, examining love as care, politics, transformation and everyday attention. Each session begins with an artwork from the exhibition as a prompt for close looking, discussion and writing, from which participants create their own 'diagrams of love'. No writing experience is needed, sharing work is optional, and the workshops are open to anyone aged 18 and over.
