A Christmas Carol
About
GINIFICENT presents an immersive Victorian-set staging of Dickens’s A Christmas Carol in St George’s Hall’s Great Hall.
GINIFICENT’s immersive production of Charles Dickens’s A Christmas Carol begins before audiences enter the Great Hall and follows the novella in a Victorian setting. Clare and Liam Scott direct the production. Published dates run 11–24 December 2026, with the listed times preserved in the event schedule. Standard tickets are shown as £36–£47. On 17 December at 19:00, selected pay-what-you-want seats support a local charity and a Victorian-dress competition is advertised. The 18 December 14:30 performance advertises a pensioner discount, tea or coffee and a mince pie and a photo opportunity; a 13:30 pre-show is listed. For the 23 December 14:30 performance, child tickets are £15 and the listing advertises a family photo and goodie bag for children wearing a Christmas jumper.
