About
An evening combining the creative practice of pottery with the serene physical and mental benefits of yoga.
Participants will begin by hand-building their own pottery tealight holder from clay, which will be fired for them. The second half of the evening is dedicated to a serene yoga practice, gently guided to help unwind and ease stress. Warm drinks and delicious cakes will be provided throughout the session.
