About
An informal afternoon combining a talk and a hands-on clay workshop to explore the relationship between creativity, inspiration, and mental wellbeing.
The session begins with an illustrated presentation by sculptor Peter Donnelly on his creative practice, discussing how ideas develop and the role creativity plays in emotional wellbeing. The second part is a practical workshop where participants work with clay, focusing on the tactile and mindful qualities of the material. The aim is to explore and experiment with the physical process of making in a relaxed environment.
