NCT Antenatal Course at The Arc Centre — hybrid cohorts

NCT antenatal classes at The Arc Centre cover birth preparation, recovery and life with a new baby in small in-person groups, with each cohort’s feeding session delivered online.

These four published cohorts meet at The Arc Centre for four practical sessions across a weekend, followed by an online feeding session. The London event schedule includes only their in-person sessions; Zoom sessions are documented in the evidence, not assigned to the physical venue. NCT recommends choosing a course that ends before the expected due date, with up to two attendees per booking.
