Aikido Classes

A martial arts class offering training in Aikido, incorporating traditional techniques with movements from sword, staff, and knife.

The class teaches Aikido, which combines traditional technical body and unarmed techniques with movements from the bokken (sword), jo (staff), and tanto (knife). This results in a combined system of modern applied Aikido and combative techniques for self-defence and personal protection. New students and those interested in learning more are always welcome.
