The Scottish Aikido Federation hosts a beginner course at Maryhill Community Centre, offering sessions to improve fitness, alertness, and self-defence skills.
This course is designed for beginners interested in learning Aikido. Participants can improve their fitness, alertness, and learn self-defence and self-control. Sessions are held at Maryhill Community Centre in the Glasgow West End, and participants are encouraged to learn Japanese as part of the practice.
