About
A full-day workshop at 101 Outdoor Arts building large sculptural lanterns to carry in the Festival of Light parade.
Participants spend the day at 101 Outdoor Arts constructing ambitious, large-scale sculptural lanterns designed to join the Festival of Light parade. Past creations have included sharks, hippos, a toucan and a very hungry caterpillar, and attendees are encouraged to bring their own imaginative ideas. The sessions run from 11am to 4pm on both days, and children must be accompanied by an adult.
