A free community repair cafe where experienced fixers help you repair broken electronics and textiles while you learn.

Thamesmead Repair Cafe hosts a free community repair session where visitors bring broken electronics or textiles and work alongside experienced volunteer fixers. Booked repair slots run from 13:00, with walk-ins welcome between 12:00 and 14:30, and refreshments are provided. Items such as phones, microwaves, power tools and large appliances are excluded, and attendees are asked to back up their data beforehand. Volunteers are also welcome to help or shadow.
