Ffear Fforest

A Halloween scare-fest at Zip World Betws-y-Coed with demonic clowns stalking visitors through dark forest adventures including a night coaster, high nets and treetop horrors.

Ffear Fforest is Zip World's annual Halloween scare-fest at Betws-y-Coed, running nightly from 7:30pm to 10:30pm between 8 October and 1 November 2026. Visitors with a Night Pass get two rides on the Cursed Coaster, an alpine coaster through the pitch-black forest, plus unlimited access to The Nets, a bouncy net course suspended in the trees. Optional extras include Nightfall, a 100ft trapdoor drop, the Screamride giant swing, and Tree Horrors, a treetop high ropes course in darkness. Demonic clown characters roam the site throughout, and the event is restricted to ages 9 and over, with under-18s accompanied by an adult.
