The Walton Community Centre Stone Sound Bath - Extended

A guided sound bath at Walton Community Centre using gongs, singing bowls and other sacred instruments for deep relaxation.

Carly of Art of Love Sound Baths leads a 75-minute sound bath in the President Hall at Walton Community Centre, Stone. Participants lie comfortably while vibrations from a chau and wind gong, quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, ocean drum, rain stick and native flute wash over them, aiming to induce a meditative, dream-like state. Attendees should wear warm clothing and bring a mat, pillow and blanket, and arrive 10 minutes early as late entry is not permitted. The session is not suitable for those with sound-induced epilepsy, a pacemaker or in the first trimester of pregnancy.
