Sound Bath Stone - The Ishta Centre (Extended)

An extended 60-minute sound bath at The Ishta Centre using gongs, singing bowls and other sacred instruments for deep relaxation.

Carly of Art of Love Sound Baths leads an extended sound bath lasting a full 60 minutes rather than the usual 45. Participants lie comfortably while gongs, quartz crystal and Himalayan singing bowls, chimes, an ocean drum, rain stick and native flute are played, aiming to induce a meditative state said to support physical and emotional healing. Guests are asked to wear warm clothing and bring a mat, pillow and blanket, and to arrive 10 minutes early as late entry is not permitted.
