About
A friendly monthly gathering hosted by Climate Psychology Alliance Scotland to explore feelings about ecological and societal breakdown.
Breaking Well is a monthly Monday-evening meeting space for people to explore and work through how they feel about the breaking down of ecological and societal systems due to climate and nature crises. Each session is shaped by the group, taking the form of informal conversation or facilitated activities led by members. The gatherings aim to build connections and a sense of community among those who share these concerns. The venue is wheelchair accessible.
