Liverpool City Toastmasters hosts an evening with Liverpool poet Joseph Roberts, who talks about his journey and offers tips on speaking authentically that attendees can apply to their own talks. The programme runs from 6.30pm to 9pm, opening with arrivals and networking, followed by a welcome from Lucy and a keynote speech with Q&A. There is also a chance to try some poetry and connect with fellow attendees. The event is for ages 18 and over.
