The Big Story Bash – Writing & Performing Workshop with Joseph Roberts

Award-winning Liverpool spoken word poet Joseph Roberts leads a hands-on children's writing and performing workshop on the Floral Pavilion stage.

Joseph Roberts shares how he began as a poet and offers tips on finding ideas and turning them into poems. Participants then write their own piece on any subject they choose, from football to family. At the end of the session, those who wish can perform their poem to parents and guardians from the theatre stage. No experience is needed.
