About

Varna International Ballet stages Tchaikovsky’s Christmas Eve fantasy, from the growing Christmas tree and the Mouse King’s battle to the Land of Snow.

Varna International Ballet opens its Norwich visit with The Nutcracker. The family ballet moves from a Christmas Eve party and the growing Christmas tree into the Mouse King’s battle with the Nutcracker Prince and the journey through the Land of Snow, set to Tchaikovsky’s score.

The venue gives an approximate running time of 1 hour 47 minutes including an interval and recommends the production for ages 5 and over. Tickets start at £15.90; £10 seats are reserved for My Theatre members and concessions apply to bands A–C. The performance end is left unknown because the published timing is approximate.
