A free, two-hour para-sport games session for children and young people aged 5–25, with parents and carers welcome and expected to stay.
Havering Active describes an October half-term mix of inclusive para-sports and games led by coach Sheila. The HAF route is for ages 5–16 and includes a meal from 13:00; non-HAF attendees must book through the other published route. The earlier time, extended duration and half-term-only programme distinguish this session from the venue’s term-time Wednesday class at 16:45.
