The market runs from noon to 4pm. A separately booked Santa's Grotto has four half-hour sessions at 12:30, 1:15, 2:20 and 3:15pm, with ten slots in each session. Havering London lists the grotto at £2.50 per child and says to book by emailing the organiser; market entry is free.
