A day of shared silent sitting and walking meditation, with several sessions and breaks.
Sessions are open to all, although some previous instruction is assumed. Participants can attend as many sessions as they wish but must arrive before each begins. The programme includes a courtyard light offering; Lama Zangmo may give brief instructions.
