Group Meditation

A shared sitting meditation session in the upstairs shrine room, beginning with the Dorje Chang prayer.

The group sits together and dedicates the merit of its practice at the close. The schedule contains only the twenty-two dated sessions currently published, including times on both sides of the October clock change.
