Stratford upon Avon: The Dark Side - Halloween Walking Tour

A 1.5-hour Halloween walking tour uncovering Stratford-upon-Avon's darker history of murder, witchcraft, plague and betrayal.

This adults-only (16+) evening walking tour explores the sinister side of Stratford-upon-Avon's history over 1.5 hours. Led by a guide through the historic streets, it covers tales including Warwickshire's oldest unsolved murder, the Meon Hill murder, a gunpowder assassination, the Sheep Street witches, the Black Plague and the darker side of Shakespeare and his family. The tour departs at 7pm from outside Shakespeare's Birthplace on Henley Street.
