Donkeys in the Courtyard

Meet and gently stroke donkeys in the medieval courtyard, and learn about their history and role alongside the Armed Forces.

Part of Warwick’s Victorian Evening, the visit raises funds equally for the Lord Leycester charity and the Donkey Breed Society. Entry numbers are limited for animal welfare, and the donkeys take rest breaks. Children must be accompanied by an adult. The gravel courtyard may be difficult for wheelchairs or pushchairs; café food and drinks cost extra.
