Stitching Stories: Veterans

Veterans, resident Brethren and the wider community share stories and create collaborative textile banners with local artist Lottie Wilson.

Each session begins with a resident Brother sharing his military career and life at the Lord Leycester. Participants then work with repurposed historic knight tabards to make banners for permanent display in the Great Hall. Tea, coffee and refreshments are provided; no booking is required. The specifically listed January session is 13 January; the page also describes the series generally as the first Wednesday of each month.
