About
Climber Pete Whittaker recounts the 2024 first ascent of Ryu-shin on Greenland’s 1,200-metre Mirror Wall, including the stormy sailing and glacier approach before the climb.
Presented by Speakers from the Edge, Arctic Ascent follows Whittaker’s team through an expedition shaped by weeks at sea, glacier travel and personal loss. The source promises a story of commitment, uncertainty, humour and triumph and warns of very strong language.
