Parent & Baby Soundbath - Woodford

A gentle sound healing session for caregivers and pre-crawling babies using crystal singing bowls and chimes.

Sam of Soul Treasures Wellbeing hosts a one-hour soundbath designed for parents, caregivers and pre-crawling babies. The session opens with a short grounding meditation before moving into the soundbath played on crystal singing bowls and chimes at a quieter volume. Afterwards babies can explore the instruments up close while the group winds down, with feeding, changing and baby noise all welcomed throughout.
