New mothers and babies join a free group-singing programme for emotional wellbeing at Ellen Brown Children and Family Centre.
Breathe lists a ten-week Southwark programme from 8 October to 10 December. Its registration form offers two Thursday cohorts, 10:00–11:00 and 11:40–12:40, for Southwark mothers experiencing low mood, stress, anxiety or isolation with babies aged up to nine months. Registration currently offers a waiting list; no prior singing experience is needed.
