Singing for Lung Health
About
A weekly singing group at St Alfege Church helping people manage breathlessness through vocal exercises and songs, led by a facilitator and respiratory physiotherapist.
Singing for Lung Health is a weekly class for people who experience breathlessness, including those living with COPD, asthma, long-COVID, pulmonary fibrosis or other lung-health problems. Sessions combine vocal exercises and learning new songs in a supportive environment, led by an experienced facilitator and supported by a respiratory physiotherapist. No prior singing experience or referral is needed, and each session lasts 90 minutes. Sessions alternate between in-person at St Alfege Church and online.
